  WOKSSA Athletics Meet 2006
The 2006 WOKSSA Athletics Meet was held at the Julie Rose Stadium in Ashford on Thursday 13 July. Ten schools attended, each bringing along a team of 16 athletes. Teams comprised of 2 boys and 2 girls from Years 3, 4, 5 and 6. One athlete from each school competed in at least one track and one field event.

The Football/Netball festival is the largest WOKSSA festival on the calendar and this year was hosted by Homewood School on Monday June 19. In total, 26 teams competed for the 8 trophies on offer.Schools were placed into groups based on their size and played each of the other teams in their group in a league format.
