The first ever WOKSSA Sport Stacking Championships were held at Angley School A Sports College on Thursday 6 October. 14 teams representing 7 local primary schools competed in the event, which aims to develop a number of skills connected with speed and hand/eye coordination, as well as training children to use both sides of the brain and both hands in simple, but challenging activities.
Teams from Headcorn, Benenden, Lamberhurst, Broadwater Down, Wittersham and John Mayne primary schools, and St James’ Junior School competed in individual and team competitions following a comprehensive workshop designed to develop skills in the sport.

Congratulations to all those who took part and in particular the individual and team competition winners;
