The annual WOKSSA Kwik Cricket festival took place on Thursday June 8. The conditions were very hot throughout and so a lot of credit should go to all the players and umpires who made the day such a success.

In total, 20 teams competed against each other from 14 different schools. One team had to drop out at short notice so organizers put together an all-stars team which comprised of players from a range of schools who played together just for the day.

In round one, teams were placed into groups of four and played each of the other teams in their group. Results in the first round then determined the seeded pools for the second round. Semi-finals and finals were then played in each of the seeded pools.

The four teams with the best records after round one were placed into Pool 1
