Two teams of Oakley Primary children entered the Sportstacking Festival at Tunbridge Wells High School.

The evening began with a training session where the children were taught by Ron Parker, the UK representative for Speedstacks. The children competed against the clock to see how fast they could stack 6, 9 and 12 cups individually and in teams. All the pupils improved their own time as they moved on through the competition and Oakley pupils worked extremely well alonside may other mainstream pupils.

The pupils were a real credit to themselves and the school.

Team competitors were Faysal Faruque, Ryan Fermor, Matthew Whitlock, Jamie Thorpe, Brittany Cavanagh, Stuart Howard, Charlie Carmen and Edward Belton.
