Skinners Kent Academy hosted a Primary Tournament for its cluster schools. The tournament hosted was for both netball and football and gave pupils a chance to enjoy the secondary school setting at one of their potential schools.
The netball consisted of 6 teams 2 from Claremont & Sherwood and a team from St Matthews and St Johns. A great afternoon was had by all with teachers getting a break thanks to the Skinners Kent Academy leaders umpiring the games.
The football comprised of 7 teams from the same schools, Claremont providing 3 teams on this occasion. Again the afternoon ran super smooth thanks to the help of the Skinners Kent Academy leaders refereeing and running the scores. Leaving the teachers and parents to relax in the sun!

The presentation was delivered by S Carr the Principle of the Academy and G Nicholson Head of PE encourage all the students to come and visit again and if they wished spend a day at the school to get a feel for secondary education. The winners were Claremont in both the Netball and Football so well done to them.
Look forward to seeing you again in the summer for some more sports tournaments!
